The reference national legislation for conducting activities in the electricity field, namely Law 13/2007, establishes that only certified and/ or authorized individuals are allowed to design and execute electric installation works.

In order to acquire the right to provide the services from its field of activity, according to the regulations issued by the competent authority in the field, respectively ANRE Order no. 24/2007, Elmont Construct obtained Certificate no. 4974/08.10.2009 from the National Energy Regulatory Authority, as follows:

• B type, for "designing and execution of electrical installations inside civil and industrial constructions, overhead and underground connections under a nominal voltage value of 0.4 kV";
• C1B type, for "designing overhead or underground electrical lines with a nominal voltage value of 0.4 kV ÷ 110";
• C2B type, for "executing overhead or underground electrical lines with a nominal voltage value of 0.4 kV ÷ 110 kV and posts of transformer with a superior nominal voltage value of maximum 20 kV";
• E1 type, for "designing electrical stations and installations belonging to the electrical part of the power plants";
• E2 type, for "executing electrical stations and electrical works in the electrical part of the plants".

In order to achieve a framework for continuously improving activities, with regard to meeting customers' requirements and complying with the legislative framework governing the conduct of business, SC Elmont Construct SRL has implemented a Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Occupational Integrated Management System according to the standards.

The implementation of the integrated management system is attested by certificates no. 458, 228 M and 083 S dated 05/02/2010, issued by AEROQ Bucharest.
